The G-CEM4000 is a multi-channel analyzer using Non-Dispersive
Infrared Absorption (NDIR) technology. It provides high accuracy
and low maintenance measurements of CO, CO2, NO, NO2, SO2, HCl,
& H2O. Its performance can be verified automatically or
manually on demand by injection of zero and span protocol gases
into the probe sample chamber
|
- Multiple
gases in one probe (up to 6 max)
- No
sampling system required
- Insitu
calibration verification
- Fully
compliant to 40CFR60 and 75
- Remote
MODEM/Web access
- Automatic
daily calibrations and quarterly audits
|
| Low
cost NDIR insitu online continuous monitoring for 6 gases in
one probe, two insertion lengths
Simple installation
with only TWO modules, insitu probe flange mounted and Signal
Processor, both NEMA 4X rated
Most suitable for
EPA compliance emissions monitoring as well as closed loop
online insitu process control with 10 secs response time
Heated
probe available for wet applications

Summary Specification
Measurements
Main measurement channels (1-7)
Any combination of up to seven gases from
CO/CO2 /NO/NO2 /SO2 /HCl/UHC/H2O
Measurement Limits (maximum)
CO/NO/NO2 /HCl/UHC 3000 vpm; SO2 25000 vpm; CO2 /H2 O 25%
Measurement Spans
CO/NO/NO2 /SO2 /HCl/UHC selectable upto
9,999vpm; CO2 /H2 O selectable up to 99%
Note that although very low spans can be configured, this should
not be done without consideration of the measurement uncertainty.
Measurement Uncertainty
CO2 0.2%; H2O ?0.2%; other gases 10vpm or ±2% of measurement
(whichever is the greater)
