Second
assembly by clamp The use of clamp enables a second assembly/disassembly
of the emitter and receiver for checking or recalibration
procedures. The emitter and receiver can be easily transferred
on a special calibration tube for zero checking or a specific
gas calibration.
10-years lamp lifetime
The UV xenon lamp is specified for 1,000,000,000 flashes that
give more than 10 years of lifetime with continuous measurements.
This reduces significantly the maintenance and the risk of
wrong measurement due to age lamps or due to the replacement
itself.
2-wires RS485 link over
long distance A 2-wires inexpensive RS485 link is used
to connect the receiver on the stack to the analyser located
in the control room. Distance over hundreds of meters can
be achieved in an electrically noisy environment.
No
risk of interference with CO, CO2, H2O The major emission
gases like CO, CO2 and H2O do not have UV absorption, and
so will never interfere with the measured gases at the opposite
of FT-IR based systems.

Advantages:
Cost-effective FT-UV DOAS Technology
In-situ cross stack measurement for low maintenance
No
risk of interference with H2O, CO, CO2 at the opposite of
FT-IR
10-years lamp lifetime
Applications: Power Plants, Waste Incinerators,
Chemical Industry, Cement Industry, Mineral wool Industry,
Fertilizer Industry
